The new, painted, life-size, Crucifixion sculpture for St Peters church in Plymouth by Jacquie Binns was unveiled on the 24th November 2007 by Bishop John of Plymouth, at the Mass for the Dedication of the Church, in the presence of His Eminence Archbishop Gregorius.
Jacquie Binns made a number of clay versions of the Crucifixion based upon her embroidered Crucifixion Banner shown on the hanging page, and below. One of these was cast and then painted by Jacquie.
